Two blogs in One..? 25 2 12

The first is a blog about this rags to riches type of guy.. that's me.. and the second is about this most telling dream I just had which focuses my thoughts on so much of what went wrong in my life.. whilst at the same time pointing to much which went right..?

Then I got to thinking about Ronald Reagon who famously said how amazing it is how much a person can achieve so long as he or she is not too worried about who gets the credit for it..? Well I thought RR was fortunate to have MT and MG around at the time of his, their greatest achievement in changing the course of the so-called cold war but to tell more would only increase the number of blogs that need to be written..?

My dream was about making this paper or rather non-woven on a paper machine using a mixture of thernmoplastic polypropylene fibres and cellulose fibres, predominantly the former in the first layer and adding a second layer more of the two, together with rayon fibres, until in the end the material produced contained a greater proportion of synthetic fibres to deny it the right to be called Paper. And how the paper makers involved were most disgruntled, in the period before they realized that making non-wovens was far better than being made redundant..? Rather prophetic of many situations one reads about in the newspapers these days when the decision makers don't know **** about their businesses..?

So to come back to this rags to riches guy the blog would tell this tale about a snotty nosed kid who grew up on a main highway in war-torn England served by a passing tram car which for 1/2 d..not even 1/2 € cent in today's money.. would take one the one stop to our local primary school the 400 metres distance..where none of the houses had gardens either front or back... and where the king of the row of terraced houses in which we lived one Sammy Rickets had an allotment at the back of his house where he grew vegetables tomatoes and the like, and for whom one felt at the time one was only ever this snotty nosed kid with no father always getting into lumber etc etc etc..?

And then as I look through my widow here or take a walk round my garden as I did this morning after my walk along the beach I thought how Sammy Rickets from his grave of maybe 50 years already would be exclaiming ***** ****..! whoever would have thought he she would have turned out like that to live in such a place as that..?

Last week sitting sipping espressos with two most literary friends in their separate pursuits **** the lady exclaimed when I admitted to writing blogs as opposed to reading books.. how lucky you are to be able to write in English.. I'd just love to be able to write blogs!
So there you go .. Have a good day everyone..?
