First the good news, then the not so good, eh? 25 12 31

Today I got an alert from MAISA the Finnish Health Service's new App for seriously sick ppl, to tell me the result of one of two tests performed in the last 24 hours from blood I gave at 10 10 yesterday, i.e. within 24 hours, time now 10 12, to say my testosterone level is low at <0.8 nmol/l, when the reference range is 18 to 38 nmol/l, and my last result was 19 nmol/l.
Good news because I have been taking Androgen Deprevation Therapy since the 27th of October 2025, only interrupted on the 25th and 26th of December because two days before the Apteekki had advised they would be open until 4 pm on the 24th when of course being a Christmas Eve they closed at 12 00 noon. Therefore a result hardly reflecting the steady state of my testosterone levels but nevertheless in the range of where it ought to be.
The good news then is that I am ending the year 2025 on track again thanks to a certain friend at the beginning of the year relating his experience of getting a diagnosis for something he would be unaware of but for asking for a certain test to be performed, when I was to repeat his experience in a manner of speaking: asking and getting the same test performed on him, back on the 25th April from my Docter, here where we live, when she told me I had an elevated level, and confirmed the prognosis with her further investigations.
From that moment forward, significantly 2025 was going to be a watershed kinda year. 26th May there followed an MRI investigation of the infected area at Lohja Hospital. 4th of June getting my date for biopsi investigations delayed until the 18th of August: good or bad news depending on the reasons, i.e. either non-urgent, or simply delayed so ppl, even medical ppl, could take their summer holidays?
Then 18th of September getting my diagnosis from a lady Urologist explaining the likely scenario to follow.

No more details save to say there followed high energy x-ray treatment which hopefully will have put paid to the problem..!?

Just another beautiful day..? 2026 3 11

Yeah, but how many more has one a right to expect when the world at present is so full of suffering and strive, so much bloodshed in the middle east, and in many of their once sacred places??? Here in Finland, we its ppl are just emerging from one of the worst winters in a good few years: 2021 when I last walked any distance on frozen ice visiting our out-lying islands, in more usual days only seen across the sea! Not because my brother just sent me an email in which he mentioned by way of saying he is still getting out and about that he was doing alright, and as usual, had been selling poppies for his local Lion's Club in support of War Veterans, raising as much as £200, but because I decided the label was better than the Atheist Label I have used sometimes in the past.
